Worked outside of class with my group for the play. Subtle changes, and extra practice in full effect. At this point we’ve almost mastered the play, the blocking is good, emotions is good. Just need to work on projecting our voice.

At this point we’ve memorized lines, and worked completely on mastering the blocking. Great day, very productive basically have this scene down pat. Just a matter of continuing to practice. Building good chemistry with the other actors.

Again another productive day. We got more practice with the emotion, and intensity our director wants us to have. Also continued work on blocking, which i’m getting better so overall was a good day.

Today we laid the foundation for what we’re supposed to rehearse and it was a good day overall. We started talking about blocking and that was a struggle for me. But the lines and emotions were there, so that’s a great sign.

Be yourself; Everyone else is already taken. — Oscar Wilde. Today was the first day we really started rehearsing. It wasn’t organized so not much got done, we learned our roles and began to embrace them. Eventually the foundation will be laid for this play.
